Exchange & Refund Policy

At AQ Golf, every piece is built with precision and purpose. We take pride in our craftsmanship and quality control, but in rare cases, a product may arrive with minor issues. While slight variations in print or texture can occur due to the production process, these are part of the fabric’s natural character and not considered defects.

What Qualifies as a Defect

A product is considered defective if:

• There is a manufacturing fault (e.g., torn seams, stitching issues, faulty buttons or zippers).
• The print, logo, or embroidery is severely misaligned or damaged.
• There are visible stains, discoloration, or damage present upon delivery.
• You received a different item or size from what you ordered.

Minor differences in fabric texture, slight print shifts, or small colour tone variations are normal in our performance textiles and are not classified as defects.

Exchange Policy

We want you to get the perfect fit and finish every time.
We offer one (1) free exchange for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags still attached, within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

You may request an exchange if:

• You ordered the wrong size and wish to change it.
  (AQ Golf will cover the shipping cost for your first exchange.)
• The product you received is defective — we will replace it with a new one of the same item and size, free of charge.
• You received the wrong item, which we will promptly replace at no cost.

If your desired size or product is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or promo code equivalent to the full price of your returned item.

Please note:

• Refunds are not available for sizing exchanges.
• All exchanges are subject to stock availability, confirmed once your return has been received.
• Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed when:

• A defective or incorrect product cannot be replaced, or
• The item requested for exchange is out of stock and you opt for a refund instead of store credit.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time.
(For Visa or Mastercard transactions, we can provide an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) upon request to help trace your refund.)

Processing Time

Exchange and refund requests are usually completed within 2 weeks from the date we receive your returned item. Delivery times may vary by location.
